2. Minimal Personal Data We Collect
We practice strict data minimization. When you submit a reservation inquiry on our dedicated Order Page, we collect only two fields of information:
- Full Name: Used solely to address you respectfully during order confirmation and parcel labeling.
- Phone / WhatsApp Number: Used solely by our Indonesian customer fulfillment desk to verify your delivery address, postal code (kode pos), and courier dispatch schedule.
Note: Any selections made inside the interactive Daily Vitality & Stamina Index Calculator on our website run locally inside your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on external servers.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing
Under Article 20 of Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP), our legal bases for processing your personal data are:
- Your explicit consent granted when submitting the reservation form on
order.html. - Fulfillment of pre-contractual and delivery obligations at your request (confirming Cash-on-Delivery courier dispatch within Indonesia).
- Compliance with Indonesian tax, consumer protection, and commercial record-keeping regulations.
4. Data Retention & Security
Contact inquiries are stored on encrypted servers with restricted role-based access. If an inquiry does not result in a confirmed parcel dispatch, your name and phone number are automatically purged within 30 calendar days. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact information to third-party marketing lists.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject in Indonesia
Pursuant to Articles 5 through 13 of the Indonesian UU PDP, you have the right to:
- Request access to and a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or completion of inaccurate contact details.
- Withdraw your consent and request immediate erasure/deletion of your personal data from our active systems.
- Object to automated decision-making or profiling.
