2. Product Classification & Intended Use
Mountain Vitality™ Ultra Male (60 Vegetarian Capsules) is marketed and distributed solely as a daily nutritional botanical food supplement designed to support general male vitality, stamina, and active living when combined with proper diet and exercise. It is not a pharmaceutical product and is not intended to replace balanced meals or professional guidance.
3. Order Reservation, Pricing & Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
- All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable local value-added taxes unless stated otherwise.

An order is finalized only after you verbally or via message confirm your delivery address and shipping cost with our Indonesian fulfillment coordinator. - We offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and bank transfer options across supported Indonesian provinces (Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi).
4. Return, Replacement & Unopened Bottle Policy
In accordance with Indonesian consumer protection standards, you have the right to inspect the outer parcel upon delivery. If the tamper-evident induction seal on your bottle is damaged during transit, or if you wish to return an unopened, factory-sealed bottle within 14 calendar days of receipt, please contact [email protected] for a full replacement or refund. Due to food safety and hygiene regulations (ISO 22000), opened bottles cannot be restocked.
